Parrot

Lucy has quite the personality. She is a sweet 14 years old parrot hatched June 20, 2012 that loves being out of her cage and on her spiral rope in the kitchen. She just had her nails and beak trimmed and wings clipped 1 week ago, so she can get to know you. She will need time to get comfortable in her new surroundings like most parrots and warm up to you. She knows the command to "step up " and " time to go home" to fly back to her cage, when her wings are full again of course. With her cage or without the cage. She is banded by the breeder, and comes with her DNA certificate. She was Avian vet checked July 2026.

She does not like to be cuddled as they say most Orange Wings like, but she does want to know where I am at all times. She will call out to find me. We are rehoming her due to our age only. We want to be sure that she finds a loving home while we have the opportunity. She eats her dried fruits and veggies, along with pellets and fresh fruit and veggies. We do try other foods. Hit and miss. She will come with a supply of dried fruits and veggies. Please contact me if you have anymore questions or would like to come see her im in Springfield Ohio. Serious Serious inquiries only Please.
