He is a 5 year d Medium Sulfur Crested Cockatoo. He is the larger species of Medium Sulfer Crested-
Often referred to as Elenora cockatoos.
His name is Bento. He is an absolute sweetheart. He can be handled by anyone- has even grown up around kids. He can be loud during certain times of the day- but generally is pretty quiet. He has a vast vocabulary. Hi, hello, step up, treat, night night, come here, stop that, and a bunch of other phrases. He is fully flighted but doesn’t fly unless spooked. He is great on a playstand- he will hang out all day long.
He’s a great eater. On a diet of zupreem pellets, nut mix, and fresh veggie chop.
The Beauty of a mature cockatoo- is that they are set in their personality. He’s just the best boy around.
He’s been dna sexed and disease tested against PBFD, pachecos, ABV, Polyoma, and chlamydia.
