Cooper is a very friendly, talkative cockatiel. He'll go to anyone and craves attention. He also likes to wolf whistle. His previous owner passed away and we don't spend enough time with him. We are not asking for much, only that he gets a good, forever home. Pickup is in Belleville, MI. I can also deliver to Macon, Missouri on September 22nd for free.
