2 year old Male Cape parrot 1950

Winston is a 2 year old DNA sexed Male Brown-necked Poicephalus (i.e. Cape). He was hand-fed. I bought him in January of this year to hopefully pair up with my female Cape. However, she does NOT like him at all. He is a sweet, non-aggressive boy but has not been handled much during the past year. He will step up when out of his cage and is not inclined to bite. He is going thru a molt so feathering is a tad rough. He can also be flighty at times. He would really benefit from a cage mate or as a pet for man as he was originally.
