Female African ringneck for sale 7000

I have a female African ringneck who's about 8 months old and can learn to talk if she is talked to on an everyday basis. She's untamed but feels comfortable being held while wrapped around a blanket. When she's being held she allows herself to be touched but still isn't comfortable with the idea of stepping up or feeding from your hand. I would love to keep her but I feel as if she won't warm up to me no matter how hard I try. I want her to feel safe and loved. So I'm looking for a nice and loving home for her where she Can feel comfortable and trusting of her owner. I'm looking for someone who has the time to give her the attention she needs. Someone who will be able to help her come out of her shell.
