- Very Large Proven Male Greater Sulfur Crested Cockatoo. I recently lost the hen along with several other birds to raccoons. He has never shown any aggression towards his mate, only people. I know people are skeptical about buying males for fear of them being a mate killer. I can’t say that I blame them, I would be too. I would be happy to provide references to anyone who is interested in this bird to confirm that this bird is a good quality male and that the female was killed by raccoons and not by the male. His lower beak was split by the previous owner. He has been kept in a Large Outdoor Flight and fed a diet of Fruits, Veggies, Zupreem, Roudybush and Seed Mixture. Asking $850.00 obo
