- Beautiful male umbrella cockatoo. We just got him a little more than a week ago. But unfortunately he is not a good fit for our family. We have an older rescue Amazon that is becoming very stressed out. She has had a rough life before we got her and we just can't do that to her.
The cockatoos name is Alfie boo boo he told us that himself. He is very sweet loving boy. He has a great vocabulary, he can throw and fetch a ball and loves to cuddle. Loves tennis balls ( although they don't last long.)
We will only sell to an experienced large bird owner! Who doesn't live in an apartment building or small row home. He has no preference male or female owner. He seems to love dogs, but we don't know how he is with children.
We don't know much about him such as his age where hes from etc. Alfie will come with a 6ft long cage filled with perches, bowls and toys.
