- Rascal is a good bird who was sold after his first owner died of cancer. His second owners weren’t the best fit for him. Once he warms up he will sit on your shoulder and give kisses. He needs love and patience. He also talks, but only when he wants to. We currently own another parrot, so we knew we could help him out for now. The rehoming fee is 1k. The fee covers him, his cage, and toys.
