Both Birds are AWESOME parents. They (both) incubate and feed (3-4 eggs/2-3xs yr) until you remove babies from the Box ! 2019 will be their 3rd year breeding, making this YOUNG, PROVEN PAIR of Congo African
Both Birds were bought as babies (from different Breeder's ) and my personal "Pet" Male, is a 2009 Female is a 2008. Neither bird retained any pet quality, the hen chews chest feathers and the males neck otherwise in excellent feather condition.
These guys will devour fruits vegetables and their pellet diet. Water bottle trained , love their toys and swings. Very Cool pair that talk and play and when offered a nest box breed
Currently this pair just hatched out their 3rd egg from this clutch of 3
