- I have two proven pairs. These are the Magna subspecies with extra yellow and red. Females also have great color but not like the males. Sold babies to local pet store and will give a reference. Took almost 10 years to find and put the pairs together. paid $1800 for one male and $1500 for the other plus the females. Babies sold out of the nest at 2 weeks for $850 each. Weened $2200. $2,000 per pair
Also 1 male that I held back for breeding. Not tame but a big boy and excellent talker. 2 years old. $750
