- One of the first for this season Pineapple-sided Green-cheeked Conure babies. So named because this color variation looks a ripe pineapple. 😊 Green-cheeked Conures are members of the Pyrrhura species and generally are a bit quieter than other Conures - but they are parrots so not silent! 😉 As you can see, our babies have beautiful coloring even as youngsters and their playful nature is evident with this group. Their colors will also deepen with maturity. 🤗 *Picture is from past clutch Current babies are still in the nest. ;-)
