- I have one baby Alexandrian ringneck parrot. The Alexandrian is a larger, friendlier, smarter and better talker than a regular ringneck. This baby is now 12 weeks old and off formula. Fully weaned. Great flier. Very very friendly. Does not make loud noises or screeches. I am not positive of the sex, but I believe a male because he is starting to develop a dark line around his neck (this is not a guarantee at this age though). Beautiful, loving baby. Will need a large/tall cage. Price down to $750. Picture is of actual bird
