- I want a hand raised blue male budgie. Will travel 200 miles from Greenville, NC to collect a healthy bird. I expect to pay around $100 for one blue male from a reputable breeder. I previously bought a blue male budgie from Sissy's Bird Colony in Aylett VA, but I think she may have closed.
