Tango is a young, DNA male yellow-sided green cheek conure. He was hand-fed/hand raised but has gotten skittish after being placed with a female. I would recommend him being either a pet OR a breeder for that reason.
He was hatched 7/2020 and is at the right age to be paired up if going to breeder route.
I don't have an extra cage for him to go in but can recommend a range of affordable yet appropriate options.
