Flock of African grey Congos and Timneth for sale ******serious buyers only please**********
****** looking OPPORTUNITY FOR EXTRA INCOME??***** ......African Grey Congos and Timneth for sale accepting bid offer for flock.....at best looking for experienced exotic bird breeders or perhaps bird fanciers starters willing to learn to care and do appropriate aviary husbandry without exploiting the pairs...... we will share acquired experience as the recommended procedures the do and not to do if asked,....these are birds taken us time to finally have a well-balanced, synchronized and established aviary with fair results the key is without over breeding the flock.
A GOOD BALANCED NUTRITION, HYGIENE AND CONSTANT CLEAN WATER (birds drink from LIXIT BRAND GLASS DRINKING WATER BOTTLES) keeps a healthy flock.
Letting1/2 or the flock rest for a three year period cycle WHILE the other 1/2 produces has been our practice to have a flow of new chicks without burning out pairs giving them a well-deserved resting time to rebuilt and recuperate. This what seems an odd practice will help prevent the natural shutting down cycles many breeders experience specifically with African grey species are bred constantly...hardly if at all this is not common practice among bird breeders which breed, breed and breed back to back burning up the birds these are inappropriate breeding practices that in the long run bring up complications.
Reason for selling the entire flock???...... due to the recent hurricane Irma in S. Florida we have decided TO move out of state of Florida eventually mid 2018 these twisters are more numerous and more powerful not a chance again we were lucky to have still our home and the aviary.....as what happened to some of the Florida keys with Irma or Puerto Rico with Hurricane Maria....Hurricane Irma a category #4 was coming straight at us but deviated west bound and missed So. Florida Dade County and Miami.
Pairs ALL do sit and rear their babies except one pair that doesn't which only incubates.
Birds are cared for with premium foods as fruits, vegetables, germinated seeds mix, seed diet with good quality seed parrot mix...pellets as Harrison High Potency coarse, Zupreem, Roudy bush, Haggens, Katee Rainbow Chunky, Pretty Bird Brand African grey specifics, Pretty Bird Natural Gold Pellet, hemp seed, spray millet, good quality fresh almond, pecan, walnut mixture.
All babies are raised with Harrison Juvenile Hand Feeding Formula up to 16 week when fully weaned.
